Alyssa Nichols is the other half to the heart and soul behind Nichols Orthodontics + Aesthetics. Alyssa and Dr. Nichols share a heartwarming story that began in their childhood. Dr. Nichols was even Alyssa’s first kiss when she was 16 years old! Their connection blossomed into a profound love over the past 15 years of marriage. Her journey with Dr. Nichols is marked by mutual support, love, and shared values. He calls her his “greatest blessing”.
Alyssa has a special, kind, and gentle heart. She enjoys serving others, and her unique role in the practice is to ensure each patient has a personal and impactful experience, filled with love and care.
Alyssa is also a devoted mother to four energetic boys, who are the center of her world. Family time is her greatest joy—whether it’s engaging in outdoor adventures, cheering at their sons’ events, or enjoying quiet moments at home together. Beyond her family, Alyssa enjoys quality time with her close family and girlfriends, valuing those connections deeply. She also has a passion for fitness, regularly hitting the gym and staying active to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Daniela Millyard, RN, BSN has a passion for skin rejuvenation and aesthetics. She is a registered nurse, esthetician, and laser technician. She completed her Bachelor of Nursing in Science at Northern Arizona University. She finished her nursing residency at Mayo Clinic, taking care of patients in the Neurology, ENT, and Plastics Unit. During her hospital residency, Daniela was recognized as someone who always had a smile on her face and who was passionate about following the rules.
Daniela is dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable environment to all her patients. She had the privilege to receive advanced training and aesthetic techniques from one of the top aesthetic injectors in the country. This set her up for success in assessing patients and giving them a customized treatment plan. She has a keen eye for detail. She truly believes that everyone can become a better version of themselves and is eager to help them achieve it.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Daniela enjoys spending time with her husband and baby girl. She thrives on staying busy. You can catch her at the gym, outdoors, and in the kitchen.
Frances Clark is a dedicated professional in the orthodontics field, with a career spanning 12 years. She graduated from Arizona State University. She married her high school sweetheart and is a proud mother of three children.
Outside of work, she enjoys biking, paddle boarding, and hiking with her family. Her guiding life principle is encapsulated in her favorite quote, “Always leave people better than you found them. Hug the hurt. Kiss the broken. Befriend the lost. Love the lonely”
